Job Purpose
Innovator ETFs is seeking a dynamic and talented Graphic Design Associate. In this role, you will work on creatives for product marketing materials, presentations, digital advertisements, video production, eblasts, social media and websites.

We’re looking for curious individuals who focus on outcomes to creatively solve business problems. Strong attention to details, self-starters who desire a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment
Responsibilities
  • Execute creative design of marketing programs, primarily including: financial product marketing material, e-mail promotions, display/social ads, advertisements, regularly scheduled graphic updates, as well as videos, website pages, brochures, research papers, presentations, and deliverables for search engine marketing all while maintaining brand standards.
  • Produce clean, organized, and technically accurate files that are ready to share with internal stakeholders.
  • Learn and understand Innovator’s product lines and their applicable disclosures.
  • Design eye-catching digital assets that lead to higher levels of engagement and increased click-through rates, as well as sales growth where possible.
  • Collaborate with and incorporate feedback across the sales, product and marketing teams.
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear creative with the customer journey in mind.
  • Other duties may be assigned based on skill, knowledge, and proficiencies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or related field.
  • An online portfolio with examples of both digital and print layout expertise
  • Must have developed skills with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (i.e., InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Premier Pro, XD, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Knowledge in UX/UI design to facilitate layout of websites, e-newsletters, landing pages, blogs, and mobile applications.
  • Experience in HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Experience in financial services or similar industry preferred.
  • Have a 3.0 + cumulative GPA
