Job Highlights

Innovator Capital Management is actively seeking an ETF Investment analyst to join the Product Strategy & Research Team. The roles primary responsibility will be working to analyze large data sets, global capital markets, and the Innovator suite of ETFs. This role will require a strong analytical mindset, an ability to work with and analyze large amounts of data and quickly develop a general understanding of capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

Obtain, analyze and accurately interpret large financial market and product related data sets
Partner with strategists and product managers to disseminate data regarding Innovator ETFs and the global capital markets
Responsible for using a detailed approach to data, technology, and processes
Assist with the completion of marketing and fund specific material
Assist in preparation of performance reporting for internal partners and external clients
Evaluate portfolio performance and attribution
Assist in the completion of RFPs and other one-off investor requests

Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor degree in a finance, business or analytical subject
CFA or progress towards CFA designation preferred
Mastery of Microsoft Excel and data platforms such as Bloomberg, Morningstar, and Factset
Understanding of financial markets and investment implications
Strong analytical, technical and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Collaborative with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of related work experience
