INNOVATOR DEFINED OUTCOME TIMING TOOL
The following tool illustrates the starting point of each Innovator Defined Outcome ETF relative to the S&P 500 Index. We believe financial professionals and investors may use this tool to help make informed investment decisions. For example, advisors may find value when the S&P 500 crosses back over its starting value relative to each ETF. When this occurs, the ETF may exhibit a similar upside potential and downside buffer as when it began, but with a shorter outcome period.
To navigate through the tool, simply hover your mouse over a Defined Outcome Series line (dark horizontal line) to see how each Series' defined outcomes change over time. For more information, contact us at info@innovatoretfs.com or 800.208.5212.

Performance quoted represents past performance, which is no guarantee of future results. Investment returns and principal value will fluctuate, so you may have a gain or loss when shares are sold. Current performance may be higher or lower than that quoted. Returns less than one year are cumulative. One cannot invest directly in an index. Investors purchasing the fund intra-period will achieve a different defined outcome than those who entered on day one. The remaining cap represents the maximum return the fund can achieve at its current price. The index may need to rise higher or lower than the remaining cap before the remaining cap is realized.
