Job Highlights
Innovator Capital Management is actively seeking an ETF Product Manager to join the Product Team. The role’s primary responsibility will be to champion a segment of the Innovator ETF product line, serving as the product expert and resource to sales, marketing, national accounts and broader Innovator team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the internal champion for a segment of the Innovator product line with a goal of supporting and growing assets in these ETFs. Analyze and produce intel on competitive funds and relevant areas of the broader ETF, mutual fund, structured note and annuity industries.
  • Be a dedicated resource to sales, marketing, national accounts, product development, compliance, legal and operations teams as needed for product specific items. Respond to requests or inquiries from these teams and proactively engage them to help support and drive the product line forward. Proactively engage index provider, sub-adviser or relevant research groups to grow their engagement with the ETFs and leverage their expertise to the benefit of the above-mentioned teams.
  • Serve as the product expert with financial advisors and home offices in partnership with the sales and national accounts teams. Demonstrate an in-depth product knowledge on construction, strategy, how to position across various market environments, use cases, implementation ideas and competitive landscape. Be highly effective in presenting and communicating this information both internally and externally. Work to become the voice of the products.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a finance, business or analytical subject
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment implications, written communications skills and attention to detail a must
  • Creative thinker and self-starter, highly motivated, collaborative with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of related work
  • Previous sales experience preferred
