Job Highlights
Innovator Capital Management is actively seeking an ETF Product Strategist to join the Product Strategy & Research Investment Team. The primary responsibility of the role will be to partner with the Innovator ETF sales team to develop product specific content and support on going sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside sales team to deliver an outstanding experience for clients, prospects and internal partners.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing materials for all strategies and product offerings (i.e., presentations, fund specific literature)
  • Provide client support through the production of clear, accurate and visually-engaging material.
  • Continuously monitor client, industry and competitor trends to develop and refine product positioning.
  • Provide support to the distribution team for various client requests
  • Represent Innovator ETFs at industry events, serving as the product, investment, and portfolio implementation specialist
  • Assist with reporting on product structure and performance.
  • Develop and implement new product marketing ideas and campaigns
  • Utilize research and content metrics for ongoing improvement of messaging
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor degree in a finance, business or analytical subject
  • CFA designation strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills and attention to detail
  • Creative thinker and self-starter
  • Collaborative with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of related work
  • Must possess a strong understanding of financial markets, investment implications, and portfolio construction
