Position Overview
As an Internal Wholesaler for Model Solutions, you’ll play a key role in supporting our External Wholesalers by helping drive new business, building advisor relationships, and expanding distribution of our Model Solutions platform. This entry-level role is a great opportunity to start a career in investment sales, working closely with experienced sales professionals to learn the business and develop the skills needed to grow into a future external wholesaling position.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with External Wholesalers to execute business plans and support sales efforts across assigned territories.
  • Proactively call on financial advisors, RIAs, and other wealth managers to introduce and position our Model Solutions platform.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, webinars, and events between advisors and External Wholesalers.
  • Deliver product knowledge and provide day-to-day support to financial advisors and their teams.
  • Help maintain strong advisor relationships by providing timely follow-up, materials, and answers to questions.
  • Use CRM tools to log activity, track opportunities, and identify prospects.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and sales materials.
  • Collaborate with internal partners across marketing, product, and operations to ensure advisors receive excellent service.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Licenses: FINRA Series 7 & 63 (or willingness to obtain within the first 3 months).
  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in financial services, sales, or related internships preferred.
  • Strong interest in investment products, ETFs, and advisor solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone and online.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Motivated self-starter with a team-first mentality.

Compensation
  • $50k plus bonus
