Job Highlights
Innovator ETFs is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager with bookkeeping experience to join our team. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, handling administrative tasks, and overseeing small bookkeeping functions. This role requires a blend of strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in basic Excel.
Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations; Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance; Handle daily mail and coordinate daily lunch orders.
  • Administrative Support: Support senior management with administrative tasks, as needed; Prepare reports and other documents for internal use.
  • Bookkeeping Duties: Review and process employee expense reimbursement reports; Assist with Invoice Calculations

Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Management or Human Resources a plus.
