Email Voting Support:
1. Advisor(s) provides a list of clients (shareholders) they can vote for.
• Information: First name, last name and full address as listed on the accounts of each shareholder. No other information should be shared.
• Format: Lists can be text delimited or excel. One-off accounts are also fine to send.
• Submission: Information should be sent to innovatorfa@info.sodali.com
2. When sending the client list to Sodali, a statement from the advisor(s) is needed stating that they are authorized to vote on behalf of their clients and are voting FOR the proposals. This can be in the text of an email.
3. Once Sodali processes the information, they will send back a report of the accounts voted, and those that could not be voted.
• Sodali can only vote investors' shares that match a non-objecting beneficial owner ("NOBO") list.
4. Shareholder accounts that are voted will no longer receive solicitation calls or mailings within a few business days.
Phone Voting/Call Transfer:
If an advisor has a significant shareholder that is ready to vote, the caller can be transferred or conferenced to Sodali at 1-866-210-4338.
If a call needs to be scheduled for a specific time, or to answer questions with an advisor or other representative, please email innovatorfa@info.sodali.com with availability and a call will be set up.
